Founding staff with the National Collegiate Sports Festival which for three years provided a national championship in 21 intramural athletics for both men and women.  Four weeks of winners were returned to Daytona Beach following fall all expenses paid to compete in the finals.  Almost changed college sports with such personal successes of targeting, and then, receiving front page sectional color photo coverage in USAToday.

One of three founding board members, and staff members, of a not for profit that was able to leverage a $3,000,000 loan from the State of Florida to gain the commitment of asdfa adsf and adsfadf

Using a series of successive capital stacks of debt and equity (some in excess of $1,000,000) with highly experienced accredited investors and best in their class was able to assemble 100% ownership of a 1.28 acre land holding comprising 90% of a city block in Daytona Beach 200ft from the ocean.  That at one time had a peak valuation of over $3,000,000.

As Founder and President of Orlando Venture Capital which had a false start only 4 months prior to when the resilience of the United States’ was tested on 9/11.  “The second half” of the goal of a $500,000 angel round was verbally committed as such by a founder of an NASDAQ listed company.  The “first half” then needed to be found.  While attending a Florida Venture Forum meeting and founder of a NYSE traded company hands me his business card after a cocktail round pitch before dinner, “please contact me… I want to hear more of your dream”.  Less than five days later in a palacios oceanfront home they said had you come to me one month ago we would mark up a term sheet, but we live in a different world now (less than three weeks after 9/11)

While earning his B.S. in Economics from  F.S.U. he was both campus manager for AT&T and worked for the Florida Secretary of State’s office.

Now, Gerry Nolan is a boutique entrepreneur looking for disparities in the market between what is… and what can be.  He has several land holdings at this time that are in varied stages of the entitlement process.

He has been a Vice President at both Chamber and the EDC

He has produced single day street festivals for hundreds-of-thousands and Chaired intimate corporate meetings that run like clockwork.

He’s run a marathon and on at least 10 occasions has driven a vehicle non stop from Florida to Minnesota.
